Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current certification or licensure as an Educational Diagnostician (required)
• Experience working with elementary and/or middle school students across a range of grade levels
• Strong understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs), assessment tools, and special education compliance
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
• Demonstrated commitment to equity, inclusion, and meeting students’ individual needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive educational assessments for students in grades 1–9
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to interpret assessment data and develop strategies
• Contribute to and facilitate ARD/IEP meetings
• Recommend and support the implementation of accommodations, modifications, and interventions
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports as required under state and federal guidelines
