Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Educational Diagnostician certification required
• Previous experience as a diagnostician in school settings preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to assess and interpret student data to develop comprehensive recommendations
• Comfortable working onsite and engaging with multi-disciplinary teams
• Flexibility and professionalism in handling evolving caseload details

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments to identify educational needs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Participate in eligibility determination committees and ARD meetings
• Maintain timely, accurate evaluation documentation in compliance with federal and state regulations
• Offer consultative services to school staff and parents, helping implement best practices for instructional support
• Adapt to varying caseload assignments as details are finalized
