Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid certification as an Educational Diagnostician.
• Previous experience in conducting educational assessments preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of evaluation tools and procedures for elementary-aged children.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families.
• Ability to interpret data and develop comprehensive written reports.
• Skilled in developing and recommending interventions and accommodations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct educational assessments for elementary school students to identify strengths, needs, and eligibility for special programs.
• Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams to interpret results and support individualized educational planning.
• Provide expert recommendations for instructional interventions, modifications, and accommodations.
• Document findings and draft detailed, actionable evaluation reports in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in parent meetings, staffing sessions, and team discussions to ensure coordinated student support.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for colleagues, offering guidance and consultation regarding assessment processes, intervention strategies, and special education regulations.
