Key Qualifications:

• Valid Educational Diagnostician certification
• Master’s degree in Special Education, Educational Diagnostics, or a related field
• Experience conducting comprehensive educational assessments (cognitive, academic, behavioral)
• Proficiency in interpreting evaluations and generating actionable recommendations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with educators, families, and students
• Familiarity with special education laws, policies, and IEP processes

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer standardized and informal assessments to identify students’ academic and behavioral needs
• Interpret test results and prepare detailed evaluation reports
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing expertise for eligibility, re-evaluation, and program planning
• Develop recommendations and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
• Serve as a resource to teachers and parents regarding instructional strategies and intervention supports
