Key Qualifications:

• Certification as an Educational Diagnostician or equivalent credential, with experience in educational assessment and diagnostics
• Proven ability to conduct evaluations for students across a wide grade range (1st-9th)
• Strong understanding of academic, developmental, and behavioral assessments
• Experience interpreting and communicating evaluation results to stakeholders, including teachers and families
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to various grade levels
• Familiarity with school-based policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to special education services

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive educational assessments to support student academic and developmental needs
• Develop and deliver clear, actionable diagnostic reports and recommendations
• Consult with teachers, school personnel, and families to facilitate understanding of findings and next steps
• Participate in team meetings for the creation and implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Offer ongoing support and consultation for instructional staff
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
