Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Texas classroom teaching certificate
• At least three years of full-time teaching experience
• Successful completion of the state certification exam for educational diagnosticians
• Direct, recent school-based experience
• Ability to pass all background and fingerprinting requirements
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct student evaluations and assessments
• Prepare thorough reports and documentation as required
• Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to develop student support plans
• Travel between two designated district schools for itinerant services
