This is a great opportunity to support elementary students through comprehensive evaluations while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure students receive the services they need.

Position Details

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive educational evaluations for students referred for special education services
• Administer, score, and interpret standardized assessments in both English and Spanish, as appropriate
• Prepare detailed evaluation reports and eligibility recommendations
• Participate in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) and IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers
• Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with state and federal special education regulations
• Monitor timelines and ensure all evaluations are completed in accordance with district requirements

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Educational Diagnostics or a related field
• Active state Educational Diagnostician certification/licensure
• Fluent in both Spanish and English (required)
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of special education evaluation procedures and eligibility guidelines
• Excellent report-writing, communication, and organizational skills
