Key Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with the ability to effectively communicate with students, families, and staff
• Master’s degree in an education-related field
• Valid Texas classroom teaching certificate
• At least three years of full-time classroom teaching experience
• State certification as an educational diagnostician or eligibility to pass the required exam
• Previous school-based experience in a similar capacity is essential
• Ability to travel between assigned elementary schools as an itinerant specialist
• Candidates must be able to complete fingerprinting through the TEA unless already cleared within a Texas public school district

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for approximately 9-10 students each month
• Collaborate with ARD committees, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Maintain detailed, accurate records in compliance with district and state guidelines
