Diagnostician Special Education Teacher - Princeton, Texas

Key Qualifications:

• Valid certification as an Educational Diagnostician
• Prior experience in facilitating ARDs and conducting student assessments
• Strong understanding of special education processes and compliance requirements
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage a sizeable caseload efficiently and compassionately

Primary Responsibilities:

• Facilitate ARD meetings with clarity and respect for all stakeholders
• Conduct evaluations and assessments, interpreting results for appropriate educational planning
• Support a caseload of approximately 125 students on a single campus
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure student needs are addressed
• Prepare and maintain accurate records, compliance documentation, and assessment reports
• Utilize remote work one day a week, when on-campus tasks are not required
