As part of a dedicated diagnostics team, you'll use your expertise to identify student strengths and areas of need, ensuring each learner receives appropriate resources and accommodations. Fill one of two available full-time roles and contribute to developing individualized programs that foster student achievement.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Texas Educational Diagnostician certification
  • Previous experience with K-12 student populations preferred
  • Proficiency in administering and interpreting academic assessments
  • Strong understanding of special education law and compliance
  • Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive academic evaluations for students across K-12 grades
  • Analyze and interpret assessment data to determine educational eligibility and inform programming
  • Collaborate in creating Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Facilitate ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) meetings, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Partner with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of evaluations and meetings
  • Engage in ongoing professional development as needed
