Educational Diagnostician

Soliant Education is seeking a full-time Educational Diagnostician to provide onsite services for the 2026–2027 school year in Robstown, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative special education team supporting elementary students while making a meaningful impact through evaluations and ARD participation.

Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Caseload: Approximately 100 students
Grade Levels: Pre-K through 5th Grade
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive educational evaluations and assessments
Administer, score, and interpret standardized testing
Prepare clear and compliant evaluation reports
Facilitate and participate in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers
Assist in determining student eligibility for special education services
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines
Qualifications
Master's degree in Educational Diagnostics or related field
Active Texas Educational Diagnostician certification
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong knowledge of special education evaluation procedures and ARD processes
Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
