This full-time, contract role is located just a short drive east of Dallas and centers on serving students with diverse learning needs. You’ll have a chance to provide essential support within local schools alongside a collaborative team of education professionals.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Special Education required
  • Active Texas Educational Diagnostician Certification (Diag Cert)
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Previous experience in K-12 school settings is highly valued
  • Ability to efficiently manage caseloads and work independently

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive educational assessments to identify student learning needs
  • Develop, interpret, and present evaluation results and recommendations to multidisciplinary teams and families
  • Collaborate closely with educators, counselors, and related service providers to support individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines
  • Provide consultation and guidance to staff regarding learning disabilities, interventions, and specialized instruction
  • Participate in ARD meetings and contribute to data-driven decisions for student success
