• Certification and credentials as an Educational Diagnostician
• Experience conducting assessments and evaluations for elementary-aged students
• Knowledge of special education processes, eligibility criteria, and compliance requirements
• Strong communication skills for working with staff, students, and parents
• Ability to develop and present clear, actionable evaluation reports
• Problem-solving mindset and flexibility to adapt to varying student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer assessments to determine students’ strengths and educational needs
• Collect and interpret academic, behavioral, and developmental data
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to support intervention planning and placements
• Prepare comprehensive written evaluation reports
• Communicate assessment results and recommendations to staff and families
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with regulations
