Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid certification/licensure as an Educational Diagnostician (or eligibility to obtain)
• Proven experience conducting educational assessments and interpreting results
• Familiarity with a range of grade levels (1st–9th), including developing IEPs and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong understanding of learning disabilities, intervention strategies, and special education processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, staff, and families
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently within a contract setting

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic educational assessments for students in grades 1–9
• Analyze data and interpret results to identify learning needs, strengths, and appropriate interventions
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure that student learning goals are met
• Provide clear documentation and reporting in compliance with all applicable guidelines and timelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to decision-making focused on student progress
