Key Qualifications:

• Certified Educational Diagnostician with experience in a school setting
• Strong knowledge of special education processes and case management
• Proficient in administering and interpreting a variety of educational assessments
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Prior experience with ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) meetings highly preferred
• Comfortable managing a caseload of approximately 100 students, PK through 5th grade

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations for students referred for special education services
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to interpret data and inform instruction
• Facilitate ARD meetings, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and individualized educational plans
• Document assessment results, observations, and recommendations with accuracy and clarity
• Provide ongoing support and consultation to educators regarding students’ learning needs
• Maintain thorough records and documentation for all assigned cases
