Essential Qualifications:

• Valid Educational Diagnostician certification
• Demonstrated experience as an Educational Diagnostician in a school setting
• Familiarity with K-12 academic testing protocols and special education eligibility guidelines
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
• Knowledge in organizing and facilitating ARD meetings
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive academic evaluations for K-12 students, using standardized assessment tools and best practices
• Interpret assessment data and prepare written diagnostic reports
• Facilitate Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to help develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Communicate assessment findings and recommendations clearly to staff and families
• Maintain accurate, confidential records and assist with compliance documentation
