Multiple positions are available across elementary, middle, and specialized early childhood settings, with flexible assignments based on your expertise:

Available Roles:

  • Campus-based roles (elementary and middle school): Conduct assessments, observe students, participate in ARD meetings, and provide expert consultation.
  • District evaluation team: Focus on evaluation of students across all grade levels in partnership with a multidisciplinary group.
  • Play-Based Assessment: Specialize in assessing ECI students (ages 2-3) as part of a collaborative team with a Psychologist, Speech Therapist, and Occupational Therapist.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Valid Texas Educational Diagnostician endorsement (active and verifiable)
  • Demonstrated experience in student assessments, ARD/IEP processes, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong observational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Comfort working onsite in a busy, public-school setting
  • Ability to manage varied caseloads with professionalism and flexibility

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive diagnostic assessments in assigned settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to support student educational planning
  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation
  • Participate actively in ARD meetings and report writing
  • Provide ongoing consultation and support to staff as needed
