Key Qualifications:

• Certification as an Educational Diagnostician

• Strong knowledge of academic and cognitive testing procedures
• Proficiency in facilitating ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) meetings
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and report-writing skills
• Ability to work independently as well as within multidisciplinary teams

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive academic and cognitive assessments for K-12 students
• Interpret testing results and prepare detailed evaluation reports
• Guide and facilitate ARD committee meetings, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop student-centered educational plans
• Provide consultation and recommendations for instruction and intervention
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school policies
