Key Qualifications:

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with passenger endorsement required
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a comprehensive background check
• Previous experience operating a school bus or similar vehicle is a plus

• Reliable, patient, and focused on safety
• Flexible availability for early mornings, afternoons, and occasional extra shifts

Essential Responsibilities:

• Transport students to and from school, field trips, and extracurricular events with punctuality and care
• Perform accurate pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety inspections
• Keep the bus clean, organized, and in excellent condition
• Foster a safe environment by monitoring passenger behavior and assisting with boarding and exiting as needed
• Maintain clear, respectful communication with students, parents, and school staff
• Adhere to all traffic laws, transportation protocols, and organizational standards
• Promptly report incidents, mechanical issues, or concerns to appropriate personnel
