In this role, you’ll work with students from elementary to high school, tailoring engaging lessons for different age groups between 5–10 hours a week. Sessions typically run after school, in blocks from 3–4pm, 4–5pm, or 5–6pm, providing a flexible schedule ideal for those seeking extra teaching hours. Your ability and willingness to commute to multiple campuses throughout Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia will be key to your success.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience teaching or leading activities for K–12 students, ideally in chess, robotics, or coding
• Enthusiasm for hands-on, interactive instruction across varying age groups
• Strong classroom management and adaptability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute between campuses
• Comfort working independently and traveling throughout the region on a part-time basis

Your responsibilities will include:
