Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with endorsements in Elementary Education and Bilingual Education
- Experience teaching in a general education classroom, preferably in bilingual settings
- Strong command of both English and Spanish, with the ability to deliver instruction in both languages
- Passion for supporting multilingual learners and culturally responsive teaching
- Ability to create an inclusive, positive learning atmosphere encouraging student engagement and growth
- Effective classroom management and collaborative skills
Role Responsibilities:
