What We’re Looking For:

• Delaware teaching license—required for all applicants
• Background or interest in early childhood and/or music education, depending on the role
• Previous classroom teaching experience preferred but not required
• Passion for fostering inclusive, supportive, and creative learning environments
• Ability to collaborate effectively with staff and families
• Commitment to professional growth and student success
