Your Experience & Qualifications:

• Current State Teaching Certificate/License in English Language Arts (High School 7–12 / 9–12) required
• Demonstrated experience in high school teaching preferred
• Strong knowledge of ELA curriculum, best practices, and differentiated instruction
• Effective communication, organization, and classroom management skills
• Collaborative spirit for working with fellow educators, administrators, and families
• Enthusiasm for supporting all students in reaching their fullest potential

Core Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver dynamic, standards-based ELA instruction tailored to high school learners
• Use a variety of assessment tools to monitor academic progress and maintain accurate records
• Adapt lessons to address the diverse abilities and backgrounds of all students
• Foster a supportive, engaging classroom environment that encourages learning and growth
• Work closely with administration, department colleagues, and parents to champion student success
