Math Math Teacher in Bennettsville, SC

An opportunity is available for an experienced 8th Grade ELA Teacher to support student learning at a middle school located in Bennettsville, SC. This contract position is for the full school year and requires onsite presence to deliver high-quality instruction in English Language Arts to middle school students.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
• Delivering engaging instruction to enhance students' reading, writing, and critical thinking skills
• Assessing student progress regularly and providing constructive feedback
• Managing classroom behavior to maintain a positive learning environment
• Collaborating with colleagues and participating in school meetings and professional development

Ideal candidates will have:

• A valid South Carolina Department of Education Teaching License in English Language Arts
