Key Qualifications:
- Pennsylvania Instructional I or II Certification preferred in 8th grade ELA
- Will also consider candidates with out-of-state or emergency certification and at least 1-2 years of experience teaching ELA at the middle school level
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Passion for motivating students and cultivating a positive, inclusive classroom environment
- Ability to design and implement engaging, standards-based lessons in reading and writing
