Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or related field
• Current state teaching certification required
• Endorsement or experience working with gifted and talented students strongly preferred
• Strong classroom management skills and ability to differentiate instruction

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans tailored for gifted and advanced learners
• Utilize differentiated instruction to challenge and support students at varying levels

• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with program standards
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure student success
