Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science, Biology, Education, or related field
  • Valid teaching certification for high school science (grades 9-12)

  • Strong classroom management and communication abilities
  • Ability to develop engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach 9th grade biology to general education students, adapting instruction to various skill levels
  • Develop and deliver creative, standards-based biology lessons and assessments
