English as a Second Language (ESL) Gen Ed Teacher - Canonsburg, Pennsylvania

This opportunity is for an experienced ESL Teacher to provide valuable support across multiple school districts in the Canonsburg, PA area. The role involves working on-site with general education students as well as those needing English as a Second Language instruction. This is a contract position running from ASAP through June 5, 2026 (subject to change), offering a consistent 35-hour workweek with a daily schedule of 7.5 hours plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver quality ESL instruction tailored to diverse student needs
• Collaborate with general education staff to support inclusive learning environments
• Travel between multiple school districts, including locations in Fredericktown, Brownsville, and Coal Center, providing seamless coverage
• Manage classroom activities, lesson planning, and student progress monitoring
• Adapt teaching techniques to meet individual student language acquisition levels

Qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania Program Specialist ESL Certificate is required
• Prior experience as an ESL or general education teacher preferred
• Flexibility and comfort with daily travel between school locations
