English as a Second Language (ESL) General Education Teacher | Canonsburg, Pennsylvania

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Pennsylvania Program Specialist ESL Certificate required
• Background in either ESL or general education classroom teaching, ideally in a K-12 setting
• Ability to travel within Fayette and Washington Counties (Brownsville Area, California Area, and Bethlehem Center school districts)
• Experience adapting curriculum for English language learners
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

What You’ll Do:

• Provide engaging, standards-based English language instruction to students K-12
• Support general and content-area teachers with strategies to scaffold lessons for ESL students
• Monitor student progress, conduct assessments, and report results
• Design and implement individualized language learning plans
• Collaborate with school staff and families to foster an inclusive learning environment
• Participate in professional development and ongoing training as required

This contract role is full-time, onsite, and runs through December 2026, with the possibility of extension based on staff needs. Your work will impact multiple communities, offering a dynamic teaching experience.
