As a School Bus Driver, you'll play an essential role in the school community, helping students start and end their school day on a positive note. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive school buses along scheduled routes for daily pick-up and drop-off, as well as field trips and extracurricular activities
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to uphold safety and maintenance standards
• Maintain a clean, organized bus environment
• Follow all traffic regulations and school transportation policies
• Assist students with loading and unloading, paying special attention to those who need extra help
• Foster a positive atmosphere by managing student conduct during transit and communicating effectively with passengers
• Report incidents or safety issues promptly to school officials
• Serve as a friendly, approachable presence for students, families, and staff

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with passenger endorsement
• Clean driving record and satisfactory background check
• Prior experience operating a school bus or similar passenger vehicle is a plus
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Flexible availability for early morning, afternoon, and occasional extra-hour shifts
• Patience, dependability, and a dedication to student safety
