An exciting opportunity awaits for a skilled ESL Teacher to support K-12 students across multiple districts in Fayette and Washington Counties. This long-term substitute assignment is set to begin as soon as possible and extend through December 2026, with a potential for further extension, dependent upon staff return. This contract, onsite role requires coverage at multiple district locations, providing a dynamic and engaging work environment where your expertise can make a true impact.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid and active Pennsylvania Program Specialist ESL Certificate required
• Previous experience as an ESL Teacher or General Education Teacher preferred
• Comfortable commuting independently to both Fayette and Washington Counties for daily responsibilities
• Strong communication, adaptability, and organizational skills
• Ability to create inclusive, supportive learning environments for English language learners

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver effective ESL instruction tailored to the needs of diverse student populations
• Support students in developing English language proficiency, both written and spoken
• Collaborate with general education teachers to integrate ESL strategies into classroom activities
• Maintain up-to-date student records and monitor academic progress
