Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Current teaching certification suitable for middle school or secondary mathematics instruction
• Prior experience teaching general education Math, ideally at the 8th-grade level
• Background in implementing engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Willingness to accommodate various learning styles and foster a supportive learning atmosphere
• Open to considering experienced long-term substitute teachers who have a demonstrated track record
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues, students, and parents to support student achievement
