This contract opportunity runs from August 19, 2026, through May 18, 2027, offering a consistent weekday schedule of 9:00am–3:30pm. With a caseload in an elementary classroom, you’ll play a key role in fostering a positive and engaging learning experience.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in teaching or a related field from an accredited institution
• Valid Minnesota State certification in K-6 Elementary Education
• Licensed with either a Tier 2 or Tier 3 Minnesota teaching license
• Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in elementary curriculum and instruction

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that encourage student engagement and active participation
• Deliver instruction tailored to a variety of learning styles and needs within the elementary classroom
• Facilitate learning using a range of materials and hands-on resources
• Incorporate technology to enhance lessons, differentiate learning, and assess student progress
• Monitor student use of materials and equipment, ensuring a safe and productive classroom setting
• Create an environment that fosters respect, accountability, and positive academic outcomes
