ESL Gen Ed Teacher - Elon, NC

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as an ESL or General Education teacher
• Proven ability to work with high school students, particularly in a language acquisition setting
• Valid teaching certification/licensure required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Collaborative approach to working with colleagues and families

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to English language learners
• Assess student progress and adapt instruction to meet individual needs
• Provide a supportive, engaging classroom environment
• Collaborate with school staff and support teams to coordinate instruction

• Complete documentation as required and maintain accurate records
