Soliant Education is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Middle School Teachers for full-time, school-based opportunities in Fairfax, South Carolina for the 2026-2027 school year. We are currently hiring for Science and English Language Arts (ELA) positions. RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lessons in Science or English Language Arts
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student learning
Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
Assess student progress and provide timely feedback
Collaborate with fellow teachers, administrators, and support staff
Maintain accurate records, grades, and classroom documentation
Communicate effectively with students, families, and school personnel
Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school events

QUALIFICATIONS

Active South Carolina teaching certification or eligibility to obtain certification
Middle school Science or English Language Arts certification preferred
Previous classroom experience preferred
Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills
Passion for helping students achieve academic success

EDUCATION

Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field required
Master's Degree preferred
