A full-time 7th Grade Science Teacher is needed for the remainder of the 2026-2027 school year in Fairfax, South Carolina. This general education position offers an opportunity for a licensed educator to engage middle school students in scientific exploration, critical thinking, and hands-on learning through standards-aligned instruction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned 7th grade science instruction
- Develop lessons and activities that promote scientific inquiry, critical thinking, and problem-solving
- Incorporate hands-on experiments, demonstrations, and interactive learning activities
- Differentiate instruction to accommodate diverse student learning needs
- Assess student understanding and use performance data to guide instructional decisions
- Establish and maintain a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
- Maintain accurate grades, attendance records, and classroom documentation
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, administrators, and support staff
- Communicate effectively with students, families, and school personnel
