Qualifications:

• Holds a valid teaching license in at least one of the following areas:
  • Mathematics (PRAXIS 5161)
  • Biology (PRAXIS 5235)
  • Chemistry (PRAXIS 5235)
  • General/Physical Science (PRAXIS 5135)
  • Engineering/Industrial Technology (CTE Certification)
  • Related STEM field (considered on a case-by-case basis)
• Prior experience in general education or STEM teaching at the secondary level preferred
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and stimulating learning environment
• Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills
