An opportunity is available for an 8th Grade English Language Arts (ELA) teacher at a middle school location in Hartsville, South Carolina. This full-time, onsite position offers a contract spanning the next school year with opportunities for overtime, subject to prior approval.
Responsibilities include delivering engaging and effective ELA instruction aligned with curriculum standards, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment, assessing student progress, and collaborating with colleagues and administrators to support student growth.
Qualifications:
- Valid South Carolina Department of Education (SCDE) Teaching License in English Language Arts (ELA)
- Experience teaching middle school ELA, preferably at the 8th-grade level
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to create lesson plans that meet diverse learning needs

- Middle school facility located in Hartsville, South Carolina
Additional details:
