Science Gen Ed Teacher - Harvey, LA

Qualifications:

• Active Louisiana Department of Education Certification (General Education Science, not Temporary Authority to Teach)
• High school science teaching experience preferred
• Ready for immediate placement—must have credentials in hand
• Willing and able to complete time-sensitive credentialing requirements, including district-specific drug screening and fingerprints
• Strong classroom management and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging science instruction tailored to high school students’ needs
• Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and hands-on activities that adhere to district and state standards
