Key Qualifications:

• Active Illinois teaching license and required certification
• Current CTE (Career and Technical Education) endorsement
• Demonstrated experience in a school-based setting
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to tailor learning strategies to diverse student needs
• Commitment to fostering a positive, supportive learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Facilitate general education curriculum at the junior high level
• Plan and implement lessons that cultivate academic growth
• Maintain accurate student records, grades, and assessments
• Adapt instructional practices to meet individual learning styles
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to maximize student success
• Engage proactively with parents and guardians regarding progress
• Comply with district, state, and federal educational standards
