Key Qualifications:

• Experience teaching general education at the elementary, middle, or high school level
• Proficiency in chess, robotics, and/or coding concepts suitable for K-12 students
• High level of adaptability, patience, and enthusiasm for interactive learning
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple campuses in MD, DC, and VA
• Strong communication skills and an engaging, approachable presence

Responsibilities:

• Deliver dynamic, hands-on lessons in chess, robotics, and coding to small groups of K-12 students
• Foster an inclusive atmosphere where learners of all abilities feel supported and encouraged
• Adapt instructional methods to accommodate different ages and skill levels
• Maintain a safe, productive, and positive after-school environment
• Collaborate with school staff as needed to align enrichment activities with educational goals
