You’ll work from 7:30AM to 2:21PM, delivering instruction and supporting students as they grow and learn. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Illinois teaching licensure and certification required
- CTE (Career and Technical Education) endorsement is a must
- Previous experience working in a school-based setting
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate junior high students
- Comfortable participating in a 30-minute interview process
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
- Create a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students
- Assess student progress, provide feedback, and adapt teaching methods as needed
- Collaborate with colleagues and support staff for holistic student development
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress
- Participate in professional development and school meetings
