You'll join a collaborative setting where each grade has an ELL group, meeting four days a week, with Wednesdays dedicated to program management and working closely with classroom teachers for coaching and student support.

You'll work with students assessed on the WIDA ACCESS scale, striving to help each individual reach their exit goals. Some learners may also benefit from additional special education services, so a flexible approach and collaborative mindset are valuable assets in this role.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Missouri K-12 ESOL or ELL certification required
• Proven experience teaching ELL/ESL students in a school setting
• Ability to adapt instructional strategies for wide-ranging proficiency levels
• Comfort working with students who may require additional special education support
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for program management and teacher coaching

Key Responsibilities:
