Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Certification in General Education or relevant subject area (FACS, STEM)
- Strong background in delivering STEM curriculum at the K-12 level
- Experience teaching Family and Consumer Sciences preferred
- Enthusiastic about integrating real-world applications into classroom instruction
- Skilled in classroom management and fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration with colleagues, students, and families

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative FACS and STEM lesson plans aligned with state and district standards

- Facilitate hands-on activities in topics such as nutrition, budgeting, robotics, coding, and engineering
- Assess student progress and provide individualized support to ensure growth and success
- Collaborate with other teachers and participate in school-wide initiatives
