Lead the district’s English Language Learner (ELL) initiatives as a dedicated ELL Coordinator for the 2026-2027 academic year. In this contract position, you’ll work full-time, collaborating closely with schools throughout the district. Key Qualifications:

• Active teaching certification (General Education or English preferred)
• Experience teaching in K-12 settings
• Understanding of best practices for English Language Learners
• Prior experience in program coordination or leadership (desired)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with administrators and educators
• Knowledge of program budgeting and resource allocation a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation and ongoing improvement of the district’s ELL program for the 2026-2027 school year
• Provide mentorship and support to ELL teachers and staff in multiple schools
• Collaborate with principals to recruit, hire, and supervise ELL team members
• Manage the ELL program’s budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources
• Serve as a resource for curriculum adaptations, instructional strategies, and professional development for educators of English Language Learners
• Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines for ELL instruction
