What We’re Looking For:

• Active PA Program Specialist ESL Certificate (required)
• Previous experience teaching ESL or in general education settings
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Willingness and ability to commute comfortably between Fayette and Washington Counties
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when working with students, families, and staff

In This Role, You Will:

• Deliver comprehensive ESL instruction to K-12 students, adapting lessons to diverse language levels
• Design and implement individualized learning plans supporting language acquisition and academic growth
• Foster an encouraging classroom environment that celebrates multiculturalism and diversity
• Engage with faculty, families, and support teams to monitor progress and adjust learning strategies as needed
