In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping and advancing the English Language Learner (ELL) program across a district, ensuring all students receive the resources and instruction they need to thrive.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid teaching certification in General Education with emphasis in English
• Prior classroom experience preferred, especially in ELL, General Education, or English instruction
• Strong understanding of ELL strategies, compliance requirements, and best practices
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with school administrators and staff
• Experience with program management or coordination is a plus
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee ELL program implementation and effectiveness throughout the school district
• Support administrators in hiring, mentoring, and supervising ELL teaching staff
• Manage program budgets, allocate resources, and ensure compliance with district and state policies
• Coordinate professional development and training opportunities for educators serving ELL students
• Serve as a liaison between district leadership and school sites for program-related concerns
• Monitor and analyze student progress data, making program adjustments as needed
