Gen Ed Teacher - Minneapolis, MN

This full-time contract opportunity (35-37.5 hours per week) runs from August 19, 2026, through May 18, 2027. You'll provide direct instruction and guidance to elementary students, supporting their growth in a positive, nurturing learning environment. Flexible caseload options are available within elementary classrooms, allowing you to shape young learners during an impactful school year.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in teaching or a related field from an accredited institution
• Valid Minnesota State teaching certification for grades K-6 in Elementary Education
• Proven proficiency with relevant subject matter
• Experience planning and delivering differentiated instruction
• Ability to integrate technology to engage and support a diverse classroom

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver creative lesson plans and instructional materials to foster active student participation
• Instruct and monitor students’ use of learning materials, equipment, and technology
• Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate a diverse range of learners and learning styles
• Assess student progress and provide targeted instructional support as needed
