What We’re Looking For:

• Current Alabama Teacher’s Certification (with Math endorsement)
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (Math endorsement required)
• Background in general education (Math and ELA specifically at the secondary level)
• Ability to build rapport with students and foster engagement
• Comfort using classroom technology to enhance learning
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and fellow educators
• Adaptability and professionalism in the school community

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and sustain a classroom culture that promotes learning and personal growth
• Motivate students, assisting them in developing essential academic skills and confidence
• Incorporate technology into daily instruction to prepare students for a digital world
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, colleagues, and volunteers
• Contribute to school events, staff meetings, and collaborative projects
• Carry out other duties as assigned by school leadership
