Qualifications:

• Valid NJ Teacher of Spanish certification (required)
• Proven experience teaching Spanish at the high school level strongly preferred
• Strong classroom management and communication skills

• Ability to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to school community goals

Responsibilities:

• Deliver daily Spanish instruction to high school students, maintaining a structured yet inspiring classroom atmosphere
• Develop and adapt lesson plans aligned with state standards and student needs
• Evaluate student progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with department members to share best practices and ensure curriculum continuity throughout the leave period
• Engage families and caregivers in student learning and maintain open communication regarding student progress
• Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to the school’s vibrant academic culture
